2. Equipment & Safety
All industrial equipment (presses, roasters, autoclaves) must be operated according to the provided safety manuals. SAMRAI ASSOCIATES is not liable for damages resulting from improper use or lack of technical training.
3. Intellectual Property
The marketing strategies, production technologies, and brand assets provided during consulting remain the property of SAMRAI ASSOCIATES unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northampton.
